KREATIONS BY JUDY Specializes in Personalized Photo Candles and Personalized Custom Designed Photo Candles for all Occasions. My Wedding Candles, Unity Candles, Anniversary Candles, Memorial Candles, Baptism Candles, First Communion Candles Confirmation Candles, Birthday Candles, Countdown Birthday Candles are all personalized to include a photo, invitation, names & dates, a special verse or your own greeting. Have Judy create a special unique one of a kind personalized candle for your special occasion.

To begin the ordering process, please follow the guidelines below:
For Customized and Personalized Candles you may purchase candles from website after purchase please send an email to fish@gctel.net and please include the following information: Size of candle, names, dates, poem/verse, photos (as a JPEG attachment to email). Also include your name and a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions regarding your request. Include the date of the event or date that you need candle. I will response with an email within 24 to 48 hours regarding your order any questions I may have regarding your order -

If you rather email fish@gctel.net with all the above information or any questions and have me invoice you thru PayPal for the total amount due vs purchasing on website I would be fine with that. Once payment is received I will process proofs for your approval and apply any changes you may desire and a revised proof will be emailed. It is your responsibility to read all text to verify the correctness of spelling. Once the final proof is approved processing of the candle will start.
Silver or Gold metallic inks can't be printed
Customized & Personalized candles cannot be accepted for refund.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery on Personalized Custom Designed Candles after photos, verses and pertinent information have been received and final proofs have been approved. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Please contact me fish@gctel.net or 320-808-5359 before placing an order if you need within a week -I may or may not be able to process depending on work load. An additonal $10.00 per candle will be charged in addition to USPS express shipping charges.
During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect delivery. Thank you for understanding.
NEED THE CANDLE SHIPPED AS A GIFT - I WILL GLADLY SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS AND INCLUDE A NOTE INDICATING WHO THE CANDLE IS FROM.

Judy's candles are personalized custom designed per your specifications and occasions.

Judy strives in providing excellent customer service to her customers.
Proofs are sent prior to processing the candles for approval. Customers are asked to check that all information they provided is correct. Once final proof is approved the candle or candles are processed, no changes or alterations are accepted once final proof is approved. Kreations by Judy is not responsible for errors that are made after final proof is approved by customer.
Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they processing starts once final proof is approved. NOTE: Kreations by Judy also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
4: RETURNS
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All candles are shipped insured, photos are taken when candles are boxed, candles must be handled with care when they are received, any bump, drop or fingernail scratch could result in damage to the wax candle and personalized photo and imprinting.
